anyways as far as the femal bodybuilding is concern, they should be more carefull then man when doing exercise or bodybuilding. It is like when you are starting bodybuilding you should start with very light weight in compare of men.
in general, for females, abdominal exercises and biceps exercises are preferred. it may also depends upon your choice.
Under pregnancy you should not go for abs and jumping exercise. Only walking and respiratory based exercises are allowed that time.
