Here I would like to inform you all the forum members that now they can apply to be a moderator of the forum they want to lead. This would be based upon your interest and contribution to the forum, your expertise and all other factors. if you are willing to devote your more time with more right and permission, do your best in the forum, try to make this one of the best bodybuilding forum and PM to me for your interest in moderator privileges.

Do i need to come everyday and login to forum or i have some liberty there. Bcoz it might be possible that i may not be available on daily basis as i have some other regularjob to do.

see as far as the moderator profile is concern, you have to manage your category and forum according to the rules and forum policy. I dont think that you need to come everyday but we would prefer if you can checkout the daily transactions in your forum so that you can have a track of all easily.

You can login in alternate days, but you have to make sure that there is nothing going on which is not allowed.
