yes please help me im 15 and 145 pounds i wanna get really strong and have a lot of def and workout every single muscle in my body like a guess a full body workout i can workout 3 to 4 times a week i have a bench and dumbells and pullup bar please help me i wanna grow up to 18 years old with a nice rock hard body but not look like as if i took steroids

as you told that your age is just 15 years and you want to be very strong and hard till the age of 18 years. so i think you have a lot of time to build your body in a good shape. i would say do exercise regularly. take a proper diet as you know that a good diet always play an important role to make us healthy with mind and body. use fresh fruits, juice, green vegetables, pulses, dry fruits, cheese, meet, eggs and milk products etc. try to avoid from the oily food or fast foods. and do exercise minimum five day in a week. and take proper rest and sleep. you said after three years you want to look strong but i would say that if you follow these things which i suggest you i am sure after one years you can see excellent results.
