Hi there,
I am new to this forum.
I am 23 years old and I have been training for 3 years.
When I started I weighted 66kg and now I am 86 kg and 188cm.
I train 3xweek according to this training routine:
DAY 1
Chest, biceps, front shoulders
DAY 2
Legs, calves,
DAY 3
Back, triceps
I have good progress however I would like my calves to be bigger
I want to start a cycle made of Dianabol and Testosterone,
As BD has ceased the production, what labs would you recommend. On a forum i was recommended to try new lab AXIOLABS. Who they are? Can I get more information about them?
Has anyone tried them?
Hope to get to know a lot of new things on this forum.
Regards! |

As i was saying I want to try a cycle.
What about Primobolan and Test cycle. As far as I know BD has ceased the production. What other manufacturer would you recommend me?
I just was reading www.trainwiser.com forum where they advertise AXIOLABS product line, has anyone tried them? |

|
|
as mr hpfan told about his exercise schedule and i think it is wrong because we should exercise like this:-
First Day: chest and back
Second Day: arms wrist and shoulder
Third Day: abdominals,legs thighs calves.
Fourth Day:chest and back
Fifth Day: arms wrist and shoulder
Sixth Day: abdominals,legs thighs calves.
seventh Day: Rest
running and jogging should be in daily routine exercise or as a warm up exercise.
it is the best schedule for the exercise (i think) |
