| I want weight loss by using supplements but am unsure as to what kind. My advisors are taking a natural weight loss pill. They are called "Perfect Pills" and they promote their supplements as being all natural using no synthetics. If anyone can check it out and give me their opinion or maybe suggest some good ones I would greatly appreciate it. |

| Supplements are far overrated. It really is all diet and exercise. Diet does not mean eat less, it's about eating right. Train properly. The key is routine. |

i wouls say that using any supplement is not good for your health. Go for proper exercise and have proper diet. do more or less exercise and workout for much healthy part of your body. Dont use supplements. This is the personal experience.

you are little right itsme1 but as far as bodybuilding is concern, supplements are who really boost your muscles and helps you in making a good body.
They might be harmfull if not taken with proper guidenance and quantity.
I would suggest that go to the gym and consult with the instructor and then start your diet with the required supplements.

| We should never go for the health supplement, i want to know what is in the health supplements which we can not get from natural resources like milk, eggs, pulses,dry fruits,vegetables,fresh fruits. so if we can get all these things from natural resources then what is the need to use these supplements. apart from that these health supplement can not suit everybody and may be cause of side effect. but natural diet never create the problem of side effect. so i would prefer you to take natural diet, and do exercise regularly, try to avoid oily or fast food. as you want to lose weight then i would suggest you running,walking swimming,dancing.jumping because these exercise always give whole body exercise and reduce extra fat from our body |

| i would say do regular abdominal exercises and fat reducing exercises like swimming and running. and don't use fast food or oily food. |

| i would say that you should use health supplement, because it is all diet in one supplement. doctors and body builders advices to use these, and these health supplements are result oriented. but first of all take the advice from any well qualified doctor or nutrition, if they advice you only then you should go for this. |
